Do you believe everyone has a right to medical insurance?

Support? alright how can this noise to you guys? my mother has two vehicles one-of that will be protected with me as a student im 19 and my sisters as being a complete driver 22 she is also protected along with her own vehicle but on my mums so she culd take-me out to master as well as for disaster causes ok so the second car is going to be insured underneath the same company on a different coverage with my mom only. This seems suspecious?? that! I'll be a total liceance to the coverage im presently on-but that will not imply it will be my vehicle once I go my test yes
